Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is author of a number of famous American cookery books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It is on since 2002. Ina started her career as a writer in the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and other policy reports. She initially adored the intellectual rigors of the job, but quickly lost the interest. Instead she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. After more than 18 years of making her store a huge success, she sold it and began writing her first book. The other cookbooks came out, as magazines too. Her Food Network TV show also made its debut, and was a huge hit. She also sells everything from cooking equipment to supplies and containers. Ina is a self-taught cook that hasn't gone to a cooking academy and has never been in an kitchen. Her easy-going approach to entertaining and her straightforward culinary style is widely known. Some of her best known recipes include the Skillet-Roasted lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
