Steven Moffat revealed at a Doctor Who Press Conference on March 21, 2012 that Coleman was to play Matt Smith as the Doctor's Companion after Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill and other characters left the series. Moffat said that he chose Coleman to be the companion because she would be the best companion for Smith. In addition, Moffat noted that she was more talkative than Smith. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. Her career has been in the world of entertainment since 1987. She was more popular on television. Eva has played a variety of characters on TV, however two stand out: the Dr. Maria Santos' role in All My Children as well as the role of Detective Natalia Boa Vistas which was in CSI Miami.
