Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over 30 years' experience. She has worked with senior leaders from different industries to improve the results of business, specifically during rapid growth. She's been a thought-partner in helping transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans by utilizing the management of performance and organizational processes employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as managing change. She is passionate about education as she sees leadership and team improvement as the best competitive advantage. She has worked in Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and offering coaching that has evidence-based results. These experiences helped develop organizational cultures which embraced learning innovation and changed for the betterment of individuals as well as teams. Annmarie has felt compelled to give her talents and time to support Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time, she also provides support for a variety of nonprofit organizations. These include being an active participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women grow as leaders providing education to an organization called the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization in North America with the specific objective of providing networking training and advocacy specifically for healthcare hospitality houses and supporting Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national committed to ending the addiction problem in the United States in educating communities in helping those affected by the illness of addiction. Addiction is a disease that affects every one of us.
